Background

Leadership is not confined to one sector. It is the ability to turn vision into policy, policy into practice, and practice into lasting impact. With 31 years of experience, including 9 years as Chief Executive Officer of the National Parenting Support Commission, I have contributed to strategy for the oversight of national systems and multi-agency portfolios. I have shaped education reform, parenting policy, and social development initiatives at the highest levels — working with WHO, PAHO, CARICOM, and JSIF to drive transformation across the Caribbean region. As a consultant on leadership, education, parenting and community development, I help organizations move from ambition to action. I build leadership capacity, strengthen institutions, and design policies that create inclusive, resilient communities. Whether your challenge is in education, health, governance, or community development — I bring the expertise, networks, and proven results to help you lead well and deliver well.
