Background

With 31 years of experience, including 9 years as Chief Executive Officer of the National Parenting Support Commission, I have contributed to strategy for the oversight of national systems and multi-agency portfolios. I have shaped education reform, parenting policy, and social development initiatives at the highest levels — working with WHO, PAHO, CARICOM, and JSIF to drive transformation across the Caribbean region. As a consultant on leadership, education, parenting and community development, I help organizations move from ambition to action.
